1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access amer43 Services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by amer43 to Users.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to their amer43 Account.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's amer43 Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a User or winnings earned from gameplay, excluding Bonus funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required before withdrawals.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of Indonesia used for all transactions.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use amer43 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Online gambling is restricted to adults, and we enforce strict age verification measures.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from amer43 or any affiliated gambling platforms.
• Online gambling must be legal in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. amer43 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide adequate verification.

3.2 Account Creation and Security

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify amer43 immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds.

4. Deposits and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

amer43 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on account verification status and transaction history. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though some payment methods may experience processing delays of up to 15 minutes.

amer43 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our KYC process (see Section 5 below).
• You must have met all wagering requirements associated with any active Bonus (see Section 6 below).
• The withdrawal method must match your verified identity and registered account details.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier and account history.

Standard withdrawal processing time is typically under 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. VIP members may receive priority processing with faster completion times.

amer43 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or transactions that trigger anti-money laundering protocols.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud, amer43 requires all Users to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. You may be required to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, photo, date of birth, and ID number.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government document.
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document and a handwritten note with today's date and "amer43".
• Additional documentation may be requested for enhanced due diligence, including source of funds verification.

KYC verification typically completes within 24-48 hours of document submission. Your account may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

amer43 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are disclosed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "25x wagering" means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports bets vary by odds.

Bonuses are subject to maximum bet limits, typically Rp 25.000 per bet while wagering is active. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Bonuses have expiration dates and must be used within the specified validity period, or they will be automatically removed from your account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

amer43 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, exploiting software errors, engaging in arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.

Users found to be abusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent behavior will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed without refund. We reserve the right to withhold bonuses from any User at our sole discretion.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on amer43 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error as determined by the Company. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation.

Sports betting markets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules. Casino games, including slots and live dealer games, are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers. Togel (Indonesian lottery) results are based on official draw outcomes from the designated lottery authority.

amer43 employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. All RNG games are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and are subject to standard casino rules and dealer decisions.

7.2 Errors and Disputes

In the event of any technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing mistake, amer43 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds displayed, system errors that credit winnings incorrectly, or game malfunctions that alter expected outcomes.

All betting disputes must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the bet settlement. Disputes reported after this period will not be considered. The decision of amer43 management is final in all betting disputes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen payment methods or making chargebacks in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or customer support staff.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, amer43 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions.

• Third-party actions, including payment processor failures or bank delays.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Real Money balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

amer43 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account termination by the Company, we will return any Real Money balance remaining in your account, provided you have met all outstanding obligations and there is no suspicion of fraud or rule violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the amer43 Platform are the exclusive property of amer43 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and principles of contract law applicable to online betting platforms operating in the Indonesia market context.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of amer43 Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and the Company. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration procedures.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and amer43 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

15.3 No Waiver

The failure of amer43 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. amer43 may freely assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder to any third party without notice or consent.
